Warranty

We do our best to deliver our products to you in good condition. Still, it is possible that a product is damaged during transport or has a defect.

Under the statutory warranty, you are entitled to a proper product. If there is a defect, we kindly ask you to report it to us within two months after discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution free of charge.

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us at info@pavilyo.com. We take your complaint seriously and aim to find an appropriate solution together with you.

If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you as a consumer in the European Union can also submit your complaint through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform:
