Reflection time / return

The day after receipt of your order on the pavilyo.com website, you have a reflection period of 14 days to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason and to return or exchange the product. The purchase must be returned complete and undamaged. Any damage to the product can be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You must clearly state your name and order number upon return.

You return your purchase yourself via a post office. Make sure that your purchase invoice is always included. The costs depend on the size of the product and whether you want to insure the shipment against loss, damage or theft (by default, PostNL does not take any responsibility for loss or damage, you are only covered if the package is sent by registered mail). If you return your purchase yourself, the return risk and costs are entirely at your expense.

We will refund the full purchase amount (including shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days, from the moment of announcement of the return. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. However, we do our best to refund the purchase amount including shipping costs to you within 3 working days after receipt of the RMA. Please note, we can refund the purchase amount the fastest if you create RMA via the webshop or send a model form by post-by mail to info@pavilyo.com, download the model form here. We will pay you back with the same payment method as you used to pay unless you stated otherwise on the RMA return form. There are never additional costs involved.
