There are different sewing method and pleat types.

Vertical pleat and flat pleat curtains are suitable for hanging with a rail system.

Vertical pleats are placed on a curtain band with adjustable plastic hooks. So you can adjust your curtain height with a hook.

Flat pleat

The difference with vertical pleat; Flat pleats are sewn flat with a visible stitching on the top and bottom of the meat band and the buttons are fixed on the pleat band so the curtain is not adjustable.

1.1-Vertical Pleat contains 3 different pleat types.

-Single pleat

The Curtains with a single pleat are the cheapest because less fabric is used. The single pleat curtains are suitable for thick fabrics.

Calculation of single pleated curtains: The width x 200cm

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100cm, then 200cm of fabric is needed.

100x200cm =200cm

-Double pleat (butterfly pleat)

The double pleat curtains are popularly referred to as butterfly pleats. With a butterfly pleat, more fabric is needed to make a curtain. The butterfly pleat is the most commonly used pleat and can be used for almost all fabrics. The double pleat ensures a beautiful and more luxurious fall in the curtain.

Calculation of double pleat curtains: The width x 250cm

For example if the width of a curtain is 100cm then 250cm of fabric is needed.

100x250cm =250cm

-Triple pleat

Triple pleat curtain is suitable for thinner coil falling fabrics. For triple pleat curtains even more fabric is used than for single and double pleats (butterfly pleat) but gets a fuller look.

Calculation of triple pleat curtains: The width x 300cm

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100cm, then 300cm of fabric is needed.

1.2-Flat pleat contains 4 different pleat types.

-Flat Ankle Pleat (200 Pleat)

The Curtains with a single pleat are the cheapest because less fabric is used. The single pleat curtains are suitable for thick fabrics.

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 200 cm of fabric is needed.

-Flat Double Pleat (250 Pleat)

For flat double pleat (250 pleat) which requires more fabric than flat single pleat.

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 250 cm of fabric is needed.

100x250cm =250cm

-Flat 280 pleat

The flat 280 pleat ensures a beautiful and luxurious fall in the curtain.

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 280 cm of fabric is needed.

100x280cm =280cm

-Flat Triple Pleat (300 Pleat)

Flat Triple Pleat Curtain is suitable for thinner coil falling fabrics. For a triple pleat curtain, even more fabric is used than for single and double pleats, but gets a fuller view

2-Wave pleat

Wave pleat curtains can be made with all curtain fabrics. Wave curtains are ideal if you want to give your interior a modern character. Wave curtain also looks great in combination with other window decorations. Wave pleat is created with a special curtain band and with glides, distance with 8 cm.

Wave curtain is a wave shape and suitable for hanging with a rail system.

Fabric used for wave pleat;

There is two kind, 280 cm and 300 cm.

2.1-For 280cm wave pleat,

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 280 cm of fabric is needed.

100x280cm =280cm

2.2-For 300 cm wave pleat (Most chosen wave pleat)

Here you need more fabric but you get a fuller look.

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 300 cm of fabric is needed.

100x300cm =300cm

3-Curtain with ring

Rings are punched into the top of the curtain that can slide over a rod. You can choose ring colors according to the chosen fabric colors.

Distance between two rings are about 10 cm. The distance from the inside of the ring to the top of the curtain, minimum distance head 1.5 cm, maximum distance 3 cm.

The rings are 40 mm.

Hanging method; here you need curtain rod invites.

Curtain with ring is not suitable for hanging method with rail system.

Used fabric for curtain with ring;

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 200 cm of fabric is needed.

100x200cm = 200cm

4-Curtain with Loops

Curtains, with loops at the top, mainly have a decorative appearance.

Here you also need curtain rod as curtain with ring.

You can determine the loop height yourself according to your desired or rod thickness.

Distance between two loops are about 10 cm

Fabric used for curtain with loops;

100 x 100

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 100 cm of fabric is needed.

100x100cm = 100cm

100 x 200

For instance; if the width of a curtain is 100 cm then 200 cm of fabric is needed.

100x200cm = 200cm
